This is the plain-language version, because privacy policies shouldn’t require a lawyer. The short of it: your data exists to run the product for you. We don’t sell it, we don’t show ads, and you can take it or delete it whenever you want.
What we collect
- Account basics — name, email, password (hashed), timezone.
- Your content — tasks, notes, energy and mood check-ins, focus sessions, the people you add and your check-ins with them, and conversations with the assistant.
- Calendar data — if you connect Google Calendar, we cache your events to build your day view and (if enabled) write task events back. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, and disconnecting revokes our access.
- Chat platform IDs — your Discord or Slack user ID, so the bot knows where to reach you.
- Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
AI processing
AI features send relevant content (a task’s text, your message to the assistant, weekly activity summaries) to the AI provider you’ve configured — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI — solely to power the feature you’re using. If you bring your own API key, requests run under your account with that provider. Each provider’s own data policy applies to what they receive.
What we don’t do
- No selling or renting your data. Ever, to anyone.
- No advertising, no trackers, no third-party analytics scripts following you around.
- No training AI models on your content.
Your controls
- Export everything — a full JSON export of your data is available in-app, anytime.
- Clear the assistant’s journal — the weekly self-journal the assistant keeps about your patterns can be wiped from AI settings with one action.
- Delete your account — removes your data from live systems; residual copies in routine backups expire as those backups rotate out.
Cookies
One kind: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. That’s it.
